Publishing the outline before the prose is the honest version of “coming soon”: you can see the shape of what you would be agreeing to, and say what it leaves out, while it is still cheap for us to add.

• Who may use Memoth, and what an account is answerable for
• What a design-partner engagement includes, and what it does not
• Availability and support expectations, and what happens when they are missed
• Ownership of your content, and of what the system derives from it
• Fees, term, termination, and what you take with you when you leave
• Liability limits, and the law the agreement runs under
